75 Hard and Launch


It is Friday guys, and I could not be more excited! Starting off the day right with a healthy breakfast and a chiropractor appointment! LOVE going to the chiropractor! If you've never been, I highly recommend that you start.


So, a couple of weeks ago, I wrote about starting the 75 hard challenge again. Yesterday, I started another 30 day sprint so I thought I would just start the two programs on the same day, so I am officially on day 2. For those of you who don't know what the 30 day sprint is, I explain that in my last post. For the 75 hard challenge and 30 day sprint, I will be focusing on my health goals. I plan to post an update at least once a week because I know the 75 hard challenge is exactly that - It Is HARD! Writing about it keeps me accountable. I have started twice before and was not successful. I feel this time is different though. I am being more intentional about setting myself up to succeed this time around. I have an accountability partner who is checking in on me daily. Today, I will create my meal plan for next week, and on Sunday I will be meal prepping. My friend, and accountability partner, is the absolute best. She's really sweet, but she's also a no BS kind of person. She will tell you like it is, so she definitely will not hold back if she sees that I am getting off track with my goals.
