A Good Start

Last week was insanely busy with work. I left the office later than usual every day, came home, and often had to work some more. Last weekend, I was out of town. So, naturally, this resulted in no meal planning, no grocery shopping (Doordash was out friend), and no going to the gym. I worked out some from the house, but it just wasn't the same. I prefer the gym experience.


Today, I am preparing for the week ahead. I have created a meal plan and done the grocery shopping. Tomorrow is Sunday - Meal Prep Day - and, Monday, I am headed back to the gym.

Last week was terrible, guys. When my healthy routine gets hi-jacked, I am way off. I feel tired, I feel sluggish, I am frustrated because it feels like such a huge setback. When I have a plan, though, I feel happier, healthier, and calm.


For this week's meal prep I accidentally, but happily, opted for an Italian menu. No complaints here! I am also intermittent fasting this week so I will be having keto coffee for breakfast.


This Week's Menu:

  1. Breakfast: Keto Coffee

  2. Lunch: Italian Breakfast Casserole. See what I did there? I absolutely love breakfast food so chances are, if I am not eating breakfast for breakfast, then I will be eating breakfast for lunch :)

  3. Dinner: Spaghetti Squash Bolognese

Tomorrow will be spent prepping for a successful week. It is always good to have a plan so that your week goes well. Hope you all have a great week!
